Hi there I am Fabian the guy behind NapSeason. I am a former student of Nutrition and Dietetics. To tell you a little about myself, I am a part time caffeine addict, part time power napper and a fan of the Game of Thrones series.
After working night shifts for a couple of years I started to develop a sleep disorder. It became hard for me to sleep at night when I was not working.
Staying awake during the day was a battle and I hardly ever woke up fully rested. Eventually I started to change my way of living, stopped working night shifts and learned some new habits to get rid of my sleep disorder.
My knowledge of sleep and how to improve the quality of it comes from my own experience but also from my study.
More specifically my study made me aware of how our food and the digestion of it effects how well we will sleep at night.
I am still learning and improving but I like to share what I’ve learned so for.
